Kariyer olana\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle en \u00e7ok tercih edilen bankac\u0131l\u0131k mesle\u011finde tecr\u00fcbe ve ba\u015far\u0131 elde ettik\u00e7e maa\u015f artmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin gi\u015fe memurlu\u011fundan ba\u015flay\u0131p bireysel temsilci olan personelin maa\u015f\u0131 200-300 tl aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Bu rakam yine bankalara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmekte aradaki fark 500-600 TL aras\u0131nda artmaktad\u0131r . Bireysel m\u00fc\u015fteri grubunda kendini geli\u015ftiren personeller yani ba\u015fka bankaya daha fazla maa\u015fla yeni bir i\u015fe ba\u015fl\u0131yor veya kobi protf\u00f6y\u00fcne ge\u00e7mektedir. Kobi protf\u00f6y\u00fcne ge\u00e7en personellerin maa\u015f\u0131 5.000 – 6.000 aras\u0131nda maa\u015f almaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer personel \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve kendini iyi pazarl\u0131yorsa ba\u015fka bankayada daha fazla maa\u015f alabilir.<\/p>\n

Bankalarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personeller e\u011fer ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ise di\u011fer bankalardan s\u00fcrekli yeni i\u015f teklifleri almakta ve i\u015f tekliflerinde maa\u015f daha y\u00fcksek olmaktad\u0131r.
